RV Water Heaters: Unit does not turn on, remote control does not light up

If the remote control didn't light up, please follow the steps below to check and see if the water heater could work properly.
1. Check the positive and negative terminals of the power supply to ensure that the first installation connection is not connected to a voltage other than 12v.

2. the first time you turn on the water heater if the fuse is blown, replace the backup fuse again and see if this problem happens again. Also, please check if the remote control lights up properly.

3. After blowing the fuse and replacing it again. Try to wire the opposite and see if the display can be lighted, if not power off immediately.

4. Measure the voltage of the power supply and the voltage on the blue wires and send the pictures to us.

5 If the voltage on the blue wires is less 12V, the motherboard needs to be replaced. If it is over 12V, it means the remote control needs to be replaced. Please provide your name, address and phone number, then contact the customer service for further help.
