- E1: Flame sense fault (Gas line problem)
1.Confirm all gas valves are open and restart the appliance 4-5 times (First time for use).
2.Check if there is gas in the gas source and confirm that the type of gas is correct.
3.Check if there is gas in the gas source and confirm that there is enough fuel.
4.Check if the valves and pressure reducing valves are open.
5.Check if the air inlet is blocked by a rubber seal.
6.Check the operation of the regulator, adjust the gas pressure if it is too high or too low, and replace it if necessary.

1.Restart the machine one or two times.

1.Let cold water flow 10-20S then restart the appliance.
2.If E3 still displays, check if the water flow is too low and increase the water flow.

- E5: Air pressure fault
1.Check whether there is any obstruction in the vent pipe, and clear it to eliminate the problem.
2.Check whether there is anything blocking the inlet or outlet of the fan.
3.Move or re-orient the coach exhaust is not facing high winds, then restart the appliance.

- E6: Temperature Surge alarm
1.Reduce toilet flushes, and the number of cold water faucets opened during operation.
2.Reduce temperature setting to reduce cold water mix ratio.
3.Check for shower head and outdoor faucet valves leaking cold water to the hot side.
4.Confirm water tank is full or city water valve is fully open.
5.Air in the water lines-continue to run all faucets, hot and cold, open until the air is purged.
6.Filter plugged- review this manual's ""Cleaning and Maintenance"" section.
7.Low flow faucets -check that the minimum flow is 0.32gpm.

1. Check the fan air inlet.
2. Set the temperature to 95℉ and reduce the water flow, then restart the machine one or two times.

1. Check the vehicle voltage and exclude unstable voltage. Make sure the input voltage is between 10V-17V. Less or Over this range will cause EU.

1.An EE error code is an undervoltage protection where the voltage is below 9.5V or the voltage is above 17.3V.
